Please choose from the following options to enable Argus Company Formation to incorporate and file electronically.
Option A - appoint your own officers
Choosing this option ensures that the director(s) and secretary you appoint are on the public record instantly. This will help in opening bank accounts and there are no further forms to complete.
An officer refers to any individual or company that will act as a director, shareholder, or secretary. 		 

Option B - use Argus Nominees
If you do not have all the officers details or are unsure of who the officers and where the registered office for the company are to be, Argus can temporarily supply nominees for incorporation purposes. Forms 288a and 287 will need to be completed and these will be sent to you later.
